In this episode, I sit down with Jess & Melissa, co-founders of JM Strength Academy. Oh, and sisters!

Jess & Melissa launched their business in 2019 but didn’t really take it serious until early 2021. In 2021, they hired a business coach, Jason Phillips, and decided it was time to go all in. And within just one year, they grew their revenue to more than $500,000+ !!

Jess & Melissa have an energy and connection between them that allows them to work incredibly well together and compliment each other’s skills. It was no surprise how well they’ve built their business. But working with family is tough, and they discuss the challenges of working together as sisters and the boundaries that they set.

With rapid growth though comes challenges and we chatted about how they were able to navigate those while growing the business. Despite their growing pains, Jess & Melissa decided to take on another hurdle and successfully launched the JMSA Online Academy earlier this year.
